Zen Festival nurtures the health and wellbeing of the individual, our community and the land we walk upon. 

We gather to listen to each other and the land, share yarns by the fire, take time for silent self-inquiry, get our hands in the soil to grow food, share wholesome meals, wiggle our bodies, wobble our voices and relax into the moment.
