Bringing together the worlds of Permaculture and Zenthai Shiatsu we are proud to offer our five-day, fully-catered, transformational retreat leading into the weekend of Zen Festival 2020.
Created in close collaboration with Zenthai Shiatsu, Growing Roots Permaculture and Internal Healing Alchemy 111 this retreat gives a small group of awakening individuals the opportunity to embody the interconnectedness between personal well-being and healthy ecosystem function through therapeutic workshops and permaculture action on the land.
Who is this retreat for?
Regenerative Earth Care practitioners that want to expand their toolkit and integrate personal well-being practices - especially Zenthai Shiatsu.
People Care wellness practitioners that want to get more hands on with the earth and learn fundamental permaculture concepts in action.
The daily program will have the following flow:
- Sunrise Meditation
- Morning Yoga
- Morning Circle
- Permaculture Workshop
- Zen Thai Workshop
- Afternoon Integration Activities
- Social Activities
Integrating the concepts of various modalities from around the world, both traditional and modern, this transformational experience is designed to arm you with the tools and resources to assist you on the journey of flourishing into your full potential as a sovereign individual in service to the earth and its people.
Registration fee includes three organic plant-based meals per day (Sun dinner - Fri lunch), camping, amenities, all workshops and full access to the weekend festival (which is also fully catered).
Arrive on Sunday the 20th in the afternoon so you can settle in and be ready to go for sunrise Monday morning.
